I would like a statement of service sent to me.
This was the second visit. We found leaking in our basement after the unit was serviced. The original service was because it did not work. After getting the unit working, a broken pump and hose spilled water. Luckily we discovered the leaking. The service guy was helpful.
During a time when we were having a heat wave, the dispatcher successfully fit us in relatively soon and repair guy, Matt, was a genius! Thank goodness!
